In unserem Joint Venture (Green Hospitality Pty. ltd) bestehend aus Green Catering (South Africa), Infront Hospitality Management GmbH (Austria) und Kofler & Kompanie AG sind wir im Auftrag von Match Hospitality AG für das Catering in dem Commercial Hospitality Programm, den Sponsorenbereichen und den VIP Bereich in folgenden Stadien verantwortlich:

SPEISENKONZEPT
Für die 51 Spiele in den jeweiligen Stadien hat Green Hospitality mit einem modularen Buffet-Konzept ein Rotationsprinzip entwickelt, welches aus sieben unterschiedlichen Menüs besteht, um den Gästen die Möglichkeit zu geben, nahezu immer unterschiedliche lokale Speisen mit einem Touch von Internationalität zu genießen.
Nicht nur die Speisen ändern sich im Rahmen der jeweiligen Kategorien sondern auch die Zubereitungsarten und Präsentationen. Green Hospitality hat großes Augenmerk darauf gelegt welche Gäste in den jeweiligen Kategorien angesprochen und erwartet werden; bei z.B. den Business Seats ein Konzept (From the Braai to the Table) vor allem für den lokalen Kunden – oder aber Live Cooking Stationen für die internationale Gäste in dem Bereich der Affiliates Unites (Sponsoren).
