KOFLER & KOMPANIE EXPANDS INTO SWITZERLAND

Kofler & Kompanie AG has become the majority shareholder in the
Swiss luxury caterer "Oggenfuss Catering ".
Roger Wilfinger will act as CEO of the Zurich headquarters and,
together with KP Kofler, will drive the continued expansion of the
company.
Oggenfuss Catering is one of the leading Swiss catering companies
in the high end catering segment.
This strategic alliance will capitalize on synergies between the
two companies, allowing them to facilitate and execute innovative
events of the same consistently high standards all over Europe, from
Hamburg to the South of France.
