10th anniversary of the Jewish Museum in Berlin
The Jewish Museum in Berlin celebrated its 10th anniversary with a ceremonial act during which the German Chancellor Angela Merkel was honoured with the Prize for Understanding and Tolerance. Following the official part, Kofler & Kompanie spoilt the 800 invited high-ranking guests from politics, media, and society with a 3-course menu consisting of: partridge pasty, star renette chutney, and pickled pumpkin | roast saddle of venison calf, red mini beetroot, apple celery puree, and spiced coffee gravy | Hokkaido pumpkin and ginger mousse with nut brittle, wild herbs, and confit tomatoes.
