We believe that the term organic not only means free of pesticides, artificial fertilizers and genetic manipulation. Organic simply stands for more. So we asked ourselves the question—»How glamorous can organic really be?« The answer is GREEN GLAMOUR. In cooperation with star chef Tim Raue we have set the bar for ourselves very high—80% of all ingredients are certified organically grown, 80% of all ingredients are produced within 100 miles of the event location and if desired by our customers, we will assure an event that is carbon-neural. On the following pages we will present our overall concept, serving the fresh taste of nature on a silver platter, accompanied by exquisite wines made by upcoming organic winemakers. We continue in this vein with room décor by Balloni, a resurrection of what mankind had already created. An all around concept, that creates pure luxury from sustainability and all things natural, until every single guest is seduced by our temptations.
