Over the next few years trendsetting architecture will arise at Arnulfpark, close to the center of Munich. Its historical heart is the former heat and power supply station of the Munich Central Station at Rainer-Werner-Fassbinder-Platz. Still standing today is the old boiler room and its impressive chimney, already a landmark. The old boiler room, now named “HKW-Mitte”, has been reborn as a K&K Event Space with the KOCHLABOR and the theater/event space “Freiheiz”.
