Berlin, February 5th, 2018 – It is that time of year again. As the German capital transforms itself into a single large cinema, with the screens rolled down and the red carpet rolled out, the cream of the film industry prepares to devote its attention to the newest, most innovative and creative productions of the year. The 68th Berlin International Film Festival runs for 10 days from February 15th, 2018, with the city playing host to almost 16,000 attendees and over 400 film entries.

“Our reinterpreted finger food collection, infused with international flavours, mirrors the glamorous atmosphere of the city during the film festival. Kofler’s creations for lavish events include smoked scallop ceviche in radish shells; burrata with jalapeño-basil salsa on grilled zucchini; halibut ceviche in crispy wonton cups with apple and lime; quail eggs and shiitake-miso puree on a porcini wafer; goat’s cheese gnocchi with artichoke, lemon, and basil; and tandoori chicken with a mango-coriander salsa.
