PRET A DINER ANNOUNCES OPENING EXTENSION


Berlin – 2nd February 2016 / “Berlin has captured our hearts once again. Due to unprecedented demand for PRET A DINER tickets, we have taken the decision to extend our run until 27th February” said KP Kofler, CEO of Premium caterer Kofler & Kompanie and founder of PRET A DINER. In conjunction with its main sponsor Audi, the Pop-Up Dining Experience has extended its run from 9th to 27th February.

The timing of the event was chosen specifically to coincide with the international Berlin Film Festival ‘Berlinale’, running from 11th to 21st of February.

From a culinary perspective, PRET A DINER – THE AUDIENCE welcomes Peruvian-inspired dishes from London’s hotspot Pachamama Restaurant. Guests can choose from two set 5-course tasting menus themed “Land & Sea” or “Field & Fauna”. Crab and Yuca churros, fried eggplant with smoked yogurt and pecans, salmon Tiradito with pickled beetroot and avocado and cucumber ceviche with rice noodles and soy are among the many delicious dishes on offer. Guests can also choose additional courses from a host of other menu items available.

PRET A DINER- THE AUDIENCE will offer a wide range of programme highlights. In a specially curated PRET A DINER exhibition, Circle Culture Gallery will display works from artists XOOOOX and Lennart Grau. In addition video projections from the British artist Ali Hossaini will be displayed. From 22:30 nightly, international DJs and live acts will perform to the audience.

This combination makes the entire experience so extraordinary,“ KP Kofler emphasises the uniqueness of the Pop-Up Dining Experience.
