Successful Start in Shanghai
Since the Kofler & Kompanie team took over the hospitality service in the Mercedes-Benz Arena, the guests have enjoyed a new level: Whether at a Jolin Tsai concert with 12,000 attendees, at a Koreran K-POP event with 20,000 fans or special circus events at the beginning of June—the guests have definitely received an upgrade in expectations and experience through the work of our team. The guests are excited about the newly designed food offerings at the sales stands, paired with the new payment system, which is exactly like what is offered in the VIP packages for the holders of the VIP boxes.

The top highlight of the circus event was, on the one hand, the opening of the sales stands and VIP boxes for families and children, who were allowed to watch the cooks prepare the special circus menus. And on the other hand, it was inviting over 40 less privileged children through the collaboration of Mercedes-Benz Arena Cares and 3 charitable organizations from Shanghai. They experienced an unforgettable circus event in the VIP boxes of the Mercedes-Benz Arena. And our Executive Chef, Daniel Ching, could also pass on his artistry and skills to the children. With his support, every child artfully decorated his/her own cupcake.

Things can continue like this, many thanks to our team on site!
